Data Deletion
YA Social Sync customers can disconnect Instagram or Google Business Profile and can request deletion of integration or account data.
Disconnecting an integration
- Sign in to YA Social Sync.
- Open Connections.
- Choose Disconnect for Instagram or Google Business Profile.
After disconnection, OAuth credentials used for that connection become eligible for deletion and future synchronization stops.
Requesting deletion of account or integration data
Use available deletion controls in the service settings or send a deletion request to the contact below with your registered company name and registered email address. We may request additional information to verify the account or requester.

What is deleted
We delete eligible Instagram/Google integration credentials, synchronization caches and deletable account/settings data. Contract, payment and audit records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute or payment purposes may be kept only for the necessary period.
Meta data deletion requests
When Meta sends a valid signed data-deletion request, the service supports a deletion callback that processes the relevant Instagram connection data and returns a confirmation code and status URL.
